singlegirl's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- People Watching Jeremy and I went to the Pacers game on Saturday night (he got free tickets from the trainer) and I didn�t watch most of the game. First off we sit 13 rows up behind the Pacers bench (good seats) and most of the Pacers personnel are around that area. I spent a lot of time staring at Larry Bird. He was 10 feet from me and for some reason I found it fascinating to watch his reaction to the game. I also found my parents in the crowd. It wasn�t that hard � they have season tickets, but we had never been to the game at the same time before. They were across the arena, but I also found it fascinating to watch them. I called my mom�s cell phone and left a message that I was at the game as well and was watching her (kind of scary), but she didn�t hear it ring. During halftime she checked her phone and we talked. After standing up and waving wildly for a few seconds, they found us too. Also at the game? Sandy the Guinness Book�s World�s Tallest Woman. I knew she was going to be there because her car, which actually says, �Sandy�s Car � the World�s Tallest Woman� (or something like that) was in the parking garage. I also found her at the game and was staring at her too. She was easy to find � she�s HUGE. I�ll have to look it up but I think she�s around 8 feet tall. It was quite possibly the most interesting Pacer�s game I�ve ever been too even though I didn�t watch most of it (we lost, so it wasn�t a good game anyway). Side story, I was telling everyone that I saw the tallest woman in the world and apparently everyone has seen her. She�s from Indiana � maybe even Indianapolis. Probably 3 different people said, �Oh yeah � I�ve seen her at the mall.� Why did I not know she was from here and how have I never seen her?!? *** I have an intern who is 20, cute and is really nice. She�s single, so I decided to set her up with my little brother. She �facebooked� him (it�s a college website � like myspace) on Friday and I had an email from my little brother today that said, �I must say parading me around, encouraging a woman to facebook me, I feel used. But I guess that is what an older sister is for. Shouldn't you have your interns doing things that are productive? Thanks by the way, she's gorgeous.�
*** My girlfriends and I are having a sex toy party next month. I�m excited for it, but the guys were acting so dumb about it this weekend (when they found out). First off a sex toy party benefits both genders. If I get a fun new toy, Jeremy gets to have fun too. It�ll be for both of us. There are no men involved and it�s just a safe way for women to buy sexual aids (I say safe because there are lots of women who don�t feel comfortable going into porn shops � I�m not one of them, but some of my friends are). The men decided that since we are doing something sexual they were going to either hire strippers or go to a strip club. Huh? That angers me because as women, we are doing something fun and girly, but it�s to benefit BOTH partners. Hmm, me buying flavored lube to give him an even better blow job compared to him ogling naked women all night. That certainly seems fair. I might just buy a penis extender for him in front of all my friends. He would kill me, but whatever. I guess I just feel like lately I�ve been doing everything and he has been doing nothing. And I have been nagging him lately, which is driving both of us nuts. Why can�t he just do things without me asking? We both work full time and I make more money. Should I also do more around the house? Yes, apparently. I even suggested that we start doing our own things. Buy our own groceries, make our own food, do our own laundry, etc, but of course he said no. He promised to step it up, but we�ll see. I guess this sex toy party just feels like the same thing � I�m spending money to make our sex life better � he�s spending money to see naked women, which will ultimately make me feel horribly about myself, so to get even I�ll probably seriously buy him a penis extender (no he doesn�t need it) and a high powered vibrator because we won�t be having sex for at least a month. He says they were just kidding, but we�ll see... I�m just grumpy today. And tired. And frustrated.
