singlegirl's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I Got a Digital Camera - Lots of Pictures Coming Soon! Ugh�after an unexpected 5 day weekend, being back at work is hard. I love the fact that I still have snow days. And even though it�s a huge pain in the ass, I love the 9 inches of snow we have on the ground. What I love even more is that it�s going to be almost 60 on Friday, so most of it will be gone and the world will be green again (or brown since most everything is dead). I had a pretty good Christmas � I got a digital camera, so there will be lots of pictures posted here soon! I also got a new pea coat, DVD�s, jewelry, cookbooks, makeup, books and lots of other things that I can�t think of right now. Jeremy LOVED his presents and ended up keeping all 14 things I bought him. I KNEW I should have been a personal shopper! He is looking mighty fine these days � his 20 pound weight loss, his new clothes and new haircut�next we�ll work on me. I was SO bad on my diet this week. I basically gave up Wednesday night and ate whatever I wanted (apparently it was a lot) until Monday morning. But, Jeremy and I started Weight Watchers back up again and I�m curious to see what damage I did to my 24.8 pound weight loss. I can�t weigh in until January 9th, so I have time to do some damage control. Lord knows I need it. I can�t wait to post pictures � I just need to figure out how � yeah, I�m that illiterate. Actually, I�m pretty sure I just download the software that came with my camera � unfortunately my home computer is configured for cable modem (from when it was my parent�s computer), but all I have is dial-up. So, once I figure that out, I�ll be able to upload (or is it download?) my photos to Diaryland. I am wearing the cutest outfit today (keep in mind that my work is VERY casual and that I don�t have any meetings today) � it�s a baby blue Tommy velour �sweat suit� that I got on sale for $35 (it retails for $100, which is ridiculous since it IS a sweat suit). It�s snug and it�s bootcut and I�ve received lots of compliments on it today, which even though it�s shallow, makes me feel skinny and happy. Hmm�maybe I�ll post a picture of me in it soon.
