Not because of anyone reading this, but because of changes in my life. I'll officially lock up next week, which will hopefully give everyone a chance to read this before then. My username will be "Big" and my password will be "Brother" Yeah, lame, but it's the best I can do at 7 something on a Friday morning. In other news, I fell of the diet bandwagon big time this week! July 4th was ridiculous. Let's just say I had a corn dog as an appetizer. Actually, other than the 4th, It hasn't been so bad. I did drink 6 glasses of wine last night. And I'm going to a cookout and then concert (Stix, REO and Def Lepoard) tonight. I'm definitely not weighing in Saturday. But, by next week, I'll be down a few pounds and this week will be behind me.
