singlegirl's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ouch! Dinner last night was fine. Actually, the dinner was excellent, but Jeremy was not in the best of moods. It definitely wasn�t a romantic night, but that�s okay. He was tired and stressed from studying and taking finals. We ate dinner (which took me 2 hours to prepare) and watched TV. I love it that he watches America�s Next Top Model with me. After that we watched Alias and then our taped copy of The Amazing Race. No sex, but I had a great night�s sleep, which might almost be better. I did a stupid thing last night while I was cleaning up (yes, I cooked AND cleaned up last night) � I was cleaning my immersion blender and while I was cleaning the blade (with my finger�..can you see where this is going?), I accidentally turned it on. Ouch. I slowly pulled out my finger, which was bleeding, and closed my eyes and asked Jeremy if I still had the tip of my finger. I did. It hasn�t stopped bleeding since then � I�ve gone through so many Band-Aids, but I�ll live. I think I have a total of 4 cuts, the worst being the one right above my nail bed. I could probably get stitches, but without insurance, it�s not going to happen. Yeah � I�m really smart. The funny thing about it? Jeremy got SO mad at me. He was obviously worried and upset that I hurt myself and yelled at me while he bandaged me up. He�s going to be a nut ball when I�m in labor. After he got done yelling at me, he felt so bad and kept apologizing. Dork. The girls are coming over tonight to watch the OC. I love that show and I love that the girls who have been getting together to watch shows since we were 18 are still getting together � we�ve watched 90210, Party of Five, Dawson�s Creek and now the OC. It started out in the dorms, moved to apartments, back to our parent�s houses right after college and now back to apartments. The one steady ingredient is the alcohol. It�s so fun.
